The idea for the 'Learn & Earn Program' is simple: fresh graduates often lack the experience that corporates seek. Our program bridges this gap by providing students with real-time experience that complements their academic studies, and teaches essential job skills not covered in college. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to upgrade their careers. Learning is crucial, but without execution, knowledge fades.
The 'Learn & Earn' program offers a 1-year internship with 3 months of intensive courses and training. Post-training, candidates receive a performance-based stipend ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with a Skills Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation. After a year, participants can either leave or continue in the program with potential for promotion and increment.
This program not only enhances learning but also provides valuable experience and boosts future job prospects.
